Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We can accept Cash or Credit Card. However all
prices quoted are for
Cash. Credit Card payments
require 4% extra (this is what the credit
card
companies charge us)
Q: Where is your store located?
A: We are a custom order business, we do not have
a live storefront.
Q: May we browse your store inventory?
A: We offer the products by the manufacturers listed
on our Brands page, we do not
keep an inventory,
as we custom order everything.
Q: Do you accept deliveries from other FFL/companies?
IE can we get an order
shipped to you?
A: Yes, we offer this service for a $20 dollar fee.
Please be aware the
company/FFL would need to
contact us prior to the shipment.
Q: What are the requirements to obtain a firearm from
The Arms Depot.
A: Be of the proper age - 18 for long guns, 21 for
handguns, and pass the FBI
background check,
or have a valid WV Issued Concealed Carry Permit.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Generally, once an order is placed, all sales are final.
If the order is
canceled within a very short time (1 hour
or so) a cancellation might be able to
go through.
Q: Are all of the products on your Brands page
available at any time?
A: Short answer - No. There are shortages and high
demand in every area of the
Firearms industry,
especially with Ammunition. We strive to get you
what you want when you want it, but sometimes
that
isn’t possible.
